Air analyses are available in either 6L or 1L SUMMA canisters, and with or without flow controllers. Low level analyses by Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) mode are also available.
Most air analyses are available on 7-10 Business Day turnaround. Accelerated turnaround is available for additional charge.

June 1, 2007 Asbestos in Soil Analysis
Groundwater Analytical is pleased to announce that it now offers the MassDEP Sieve
Method for the Determination of Asbestos Source Material in Soil.
Under the new MassDEP proposed asbestos in soil regulations, COMM-97-001 landfill
reuse of contaminated soil will require disposal soil to be analyzed for asbestos
source material by the MassDEP Sieve Method.
Groundwater Analytical now also offers qualitative and quantitative asbestos
analyses for bulk samples and qualitative soil analysis by PLM.
We are accredited by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety.

Groundwater Analytical is pleased to announce the introduction of its Table Maker software. Table Maker is accessed through our secure website pages.
Table Maker enables clients to select sample results, compare the results against regulatory standards, and create an Excel table.
Table Maker is very flexible and allows the creation of customized reports. Clients may select and combine individual samples from multiple projects, and may compare results against multiple regulatory standards. Clients may create Excel tables with all reported analytes, only regulated analytes, only positive results, or only regulatory exceedances.
Table Maker minimizes the labor involved in transcribing analytical data, and comparing data against regulatory standards.

Our new website enables our clients to access their data electronically. Using secure SSL data encryption, our clients can view their project history, access PDF files of their completed reports, and download electronic data deliverables (EDDs) for completed projects.

Groundwater Analytical is pleased to announce that it has obtained NELAC accreditation.
NELAC is a voluntary association of State and Federal Agencies formed to establish and promote mutually acceptable performance standards for the inspection and operation of environmental laboratories. NELAC is a cooperative effort of the USEPA, State and other Federal agencies.
